Campfire 1 month, 1 week agoGood afternoon! I’m bring by some grilled cheese sandwiches for anyone who is hungry. It’s raining and chilly here and this sounds so yummy… help yourselves! They are staying warm by the fire.

This made us so sad… we have been friends with Sushi a long time and were sending many purrs to her and Pia and her brother Nori and her dad. She was a beautiful cat and lived a wonderful life. Trouble says that she is there at the bridge with all of the other scouts catching up… 🤍 -

Our neighbors were getting a roof today too! Mom & I kept waiting for one of the workers to blow off, but none ever did, even the one who chose not to use a tether… he must be part cat.-

Sushi has made her journey across the bridge… Trouble says she’s settling in and talking to all of her scout friends! Sushi was one of my first friends here at scouts so many years ago! We stayed friends all this time and I’ll miss her. -

What’s Up?
UPDATE! Expect additional delays…. my mom has just been admitted into hospice care (a huge relief). Although she’s not in any discomfort or pain, she is refusing to eat and is now under 100 lbs. and sleeps nearly all the time. Hospice ensures her comfort. She’s 95 yrs. old, so I know she’s ready and just wants to go. I say the prayer for a happy death for her.
