Rumbling Thunder Patrol 1 month, 2 weeks ago Well I guess I’ll have to add Osso Bucco to my faves list – never had it before but it’s really delish. Mom makes Veal Scallopini often but never Osso Bucco.

What’s Up?
UPDATE! Expect additional delays…. my mom has just been admitted into hospice care (a huge relief). Although she’s not in any discomfort or pain, she is refusing to eat and is now under 100 lbs. and sleeps nearly all the time. Hospice ensures her comfort. She’s 95 yrs. old, so I know she’s ready and just wants to go. I say the prayer for a happy death for her.
