My Mom says she remembers when lady wrestlers were on TV AND the lady roller skaters – they used to beat each other up on the roller rink – funny stuff I bet! Not sure that kind of stuff would be allowed on TV now. LOL-
My mom used to watch roller derby on TV with her dad.

UPDATE! Expect additional delays…. my mom has just been admitted into hospice care (a huge relief). Although she’s not in any discomfort or pain, she is refusing to eat and is now under 100 lbs. and sleeps nearly all the time. Hospice ensures her comfort. She’s 95 yrs. old, so I know she’s ready and just wants to go. I say the prayer for a happy death for her.
