Fact a Day 2022 2 months, 1 week ago The kangaroo has powerful hind legs and large feet, and a large muscular tail to keep it balanced while in motion. Kangaroos are the only large animal to use hopping as its primary means of locomotion. A male kangaroo can leap to lengths of close to 30 feet and at a height of up to 10 feet. It can reach speeds of up to 40 mph.

What’s Up?
UPDATE! Expect additional delays…. my mom has just been admitted into hospice care (a huge relief). Although she’s not in any discomfort or pain, she is refusing to eat and is now under 100 lbs. and sleeps nearly all the time. Hospice ensures her comfort. She’s 95 yrs. old, so I know she’s ready and just wants to go. I say the prayer for a happy death for her.
