4/1 – You are meant to stop the April Fools jokes at 12pm!
Apparently the April Fools rules have been in place since the 1700s! You should only be doing April Fools jokes until 12pm.
No one is too sure why, but some say it’s bad luck! -

Raz, thank you. Teddy was at the campfire early, and said he was on his way here, but he probably took a hike first and lost track of time.

Factoid for 4/1: What is FOOL’S GOLD? Pyrite, also called iron pyrite or fool’s gold, a naturally occurring iron disulfide mineral. The name comes from the Greek word pyr, “fire,” because pyrite emits sparks when struck by metal. Pyrite is called fool’s gold; to the novice its colour is deceptively similar to that of a gold nugget. Nodules…[Read more]

Happy April Fools’ Day, dear Scouts! Celebrated for centuries for various reasons, this “holiday” is mischievous and fun! By the 19th century, April Fools’ Day had become a mainstay of American culture. “The first of April is the day we remember what we are the other 364 days of the year,” Mark Twain is credited with saying, according to the…[Read more]

Hope everyone is starting to see or feel a bit of Spring, but up here it’s a tad too early yet.…[Read more]

Sounds like your family did not have a good night. I hope that Matt’s back is feeling better and that Hope’s stomach is settled down. I think Mother Nature is mad at everyone this year. The weather is really crazy.

My goodness Jake…too much going on at your place. We hope Matt feels better very soon and Hope as well.
Paws crossed that you don’t get weather that’s too wicked.
