    We are all still over the moon that the pawrents are healthy!! The only less than wonderful thing is the weather. It is STOOPID cold here. At 8:23am the temp is 19F BRRRR! Wind chill is 9F. NINE!! The high is going all the way up to 28F I hate cold!!! Actually I’m typing this on my trusty iCatpad, from UNDER THE ELEKTRIL BLANKIE,! Can cats nibdrnzfe??? Darn ottocorrekt. HIBERNATE,!!!!??? Stay warm. Nap!! 💤💤💤💤💤🛏🌤

      Hurray for healthy pawrents! You found the purrfect place to hibernate until it gets warmer (except for eating and using the litter box). Enjoy snuggling under your elektrikil blankie.

          We read recently that big cats don’t hibernate, but when necessary, they do go into torpor.

        UPDATE: THE PARTS HAVE ARRIVED! A technician will be coming to the house in a few days (this is a crazy week for me–oncologist appts in Olympia [hour and a half away] and prepping for the weekend’s art show) but it might not be till next week. I’ve been without a laptop for 6 weeks now and Dell’s customer service has sucked big time.

        The Denmaster’s laptop went kaplooey, so she’s limping along with a tablet and phone. Because of the resulting password problems (passwords not updated between devices), she’s been locked out of most social media sites. So if you’re accustomed to getting a quick response by pinging her on FB, you’ll get crickets right now.  But feel free to text 360.660.2125 or email karen.nichols@yahoo.com
