Hello my friends. We are doing well. Mom is getting her allergy shot then she is stopping by the post office to mail out puzzle pieces to everyone. She had another puzzle she had kept for no reason, so she has lots of extra pieces if anyone else need some. We can ship them out by the end of the week. Today we are just going to hang out once she gets back home. Dad goes to the knee Dr today, we think he may need a minor repair surgery. It is freezing Cold here but the days are getting longer and that’s a really good thing.

Stay warm! Good luck to your Dad at the knee doctor, too. I hope it’s something that maybe PT can fix instead of surgery, but the doctor will know best. <3-
Yup it’s surgery time dad gets a total knee replacement on March 3rd-
I hope that his knee replacement goes well. -
Oh, he’ll be right as rain for Easter!

Can you send me some puzzle pieces Cat? We did puzzles during Covid shutdown last year, but we passed the puzzles on to other family members. I think they got passed each time someone was done with them. Nobody knows where they are. I hope that your dad’s knee heals up. Stay warm, Cat and family.

Mom says the key to knee replacement is walking and bending the knee. The exercise of standing to squatting is excellent for the knee once the stiches are gone and the knee is ready to try this exercise. Just trying this exercise will help.-
