Rumbling Thunder Patrol 1 hour, 40 minutes agoSorry I left abruptly. Half of the cover blew off the swim/spa. Dad is out of town for the night, and Mom had to get it back on by herself, which is almost totally impossible. The wind ripped the fasteners right off, so then she had to put some boards across the top in the hope that will hold it down. I am going to get some of these nommy desserts.

UPDATE! Expect additional delays…. my mom has just been admitted into hospice care (a huge relief). Although she’s not in any discomfort or pain, she is refusing to eat and is now under 100 lbs. and sleeps nearly all the time. Hospice ensures her comfort. She’s 95 yrs. old, so I know she’s ready and just wants to go. I say the prayer for a happy death for her.
