I will toast Charles when I went on first scout adventure t a Louisiana Swamp, Charles was my tentmate and taught me so much! he and I were canoeing and bumped into what we thought was a log, It was an alligator Charles and I paddled so fast you could have water skied behind the canoe!-

How about a toast to dear Charles? A model Scout. Mom said one of her earliest memories was on a Quest or some event when Charles went missing and had to be rescued. It was way back when M&F were new here.

We wish we had bunnies here, but we only have squirrels raccons, possums, and every now and then a fox!-
We also have groundhogs, raccoons, squirrels, chipmunks, skunks. We used to have possums, but we haven’t seen any in a while.-

I was on the counter while mom was putting honey a biscuit Friday morning and my tail got in her biscuit. Dad washed my tail with dish soap three times to get the butter and honey off of it! -

Our dad has had both Pfizer Shots, Community health, and Mom had both Moderna shots at at Baptist health!-
Mom was lucky because our little city did them at the fire department. She just called and left a message and they called her back and said her appointment. She didn’t even have to get out of the car!

I'm OK! 11 hours, 38 minutes agoAll\’s OK here, but we are distressed still that so many of our Scout family members are having health issues. Mom has written to Charles\’s pawrents. Charles was one of the first Scouts who befriended Maggie and Felix, and he was a great mentor to them.

We have wabbits! Or we did. We haven’t seen any lately. Not since the neighbors ON BOTH SIDES OF US now have dawgs!! They are fenced but I’m not sure the bunnies understand fences. I really liked seeing them in the back yard!! I’ve been missing them.

Dad had been waiting for the county to get in touch as all the appointments were taken. He emailed them last month and about a month to the day they emailed back. An hour after he scheduled at Walgreens. He was going to let loose but just told them they were totally unorganized and left it at that

My sisfur Lisbeth has been waiting for word about Charles but had to read on Facebook about his cancer. She and all the Kitties Blue and our mom and dad are so heartbroken to get this news. We all are sending purrs, prayers and POTP to this special cat in our lives.

What devastating news…..My heart goes out to his Mom Inge and I know all of us Scouts will miss our friend too. I hope his journey is quick and that our Angel Scouts will hug him when he arrives. So sad……

Many breaking hearts here. I do understand what this means. I purray that Charles in comfortable. I purray for his family, and for all his loving friends. POTP. And I absolutely agree with Teddy. We know all our Angel Scouts, and many other kitties will be there for Charles! What a warm loving welcome it will be!❤️🐾

This is heartbreaking news about Charles, we will be pray.ing for a Miracle for him. Charles was my very first tent mate here on scouts when we went on a swamp adventure. He and I were canoeing and bumped into a log that turned out to be an alligator. we really made that canoe go fast.

I'm OK! 22 hours, 28 minutes agoMommy did her grocery shopping early since she is going to see the doctor today. It\’s chilly and possible rain. She sent cat scout e-mail to Timmy with books that we know have been read in book club. After sleeping most of yesterday she feels better. Thanks for the purrs.

Dad\’s still asleep. Mom and I are up!! Other than Mom\’s wonky nose, from her tree allergies, we are all very well! I’m keeping an eye on her, to keep her well. It’s going to a cool, grey day. Maybe I can keep her at her easel! And she wants to watch Prince Philip\’s funeral. (She\’s a bit of an Anglophile, but her roots are there.)

Mom filled all the bowls with diet food. She noticed even Hope is getting big. She toke away the bowls in human brother’s room. He usually gives us some if we’re hungry. Miss Fitz went through that Tubby. Eating and then barfing and then being hungry. Dad thinks it is hair balls and gave her that icky Laxatone on her paw top. You lick it off and then the hairballs are right through. Ours is catnip flavor so not too bad. Buddy used to get it every month. Me never. Seems it depends on the cat. Purrs

Ha,ha,ha. Mom was giving that to me daily as I had hairballs really bad. I would freak out and fly around the house running. Half of it would go everywhere. I hadn’t eaten yet so not sure on that. It was just like some white stuff.
